UTOMATIC-PRECISION-HOT-FORGING-MACHINE

Type FMS-1D1B with programmable control for the automatic manufacturing of headed fasteners, punches, ejector pins and perforators with various head shapes such as, round heads, hex heads, socked cap heads, spline heads, 12 Point with and without flange and many more. The machine can manufacture products made of exotic alloys such as Titanium, Waspaloy, Inconel, Duplex, Hasteloy, Monel A286, Stainless Steel and other.
The machine works in a horizontal position, blanks will be separated in a step feeder and
will be positioned by a servo motor in order to position the correct amount of material in the induction heating coil. After reaching of the heating time and correct temperature, controlled by Spectral Pyrometer, the servo will position the material for the forming process and a hydraulic cylinder will be activated to forge the product in the closed die system.
The machine is also equipped with a 2 axis induction coil system, allowing the coil to move in two ways and clearing the way, when forming with a larger head tool.

New:

The FMS-1D1B machine is equipped with the latest induction heating control system, allowing controlling the heated temperature on the product by “Pattern” and “Temperature”. This technology combined with the high speed PLC will take a read on the product temperature 0.1 seconds before forming takes place. The temperature detected will be stored and recorded and can be documented to verify that every product was formed within the specified material temperature as suggested by the material producer of the bar stock or the end user of the final product.
