SOLING IMPACT Group designs, manufactures, and services special machines for the production of hot forged fasteners, ejector pins, perforators and punches, as well as studs, shock absorbers and other automotive parts.

With Headquarters in Barcelona and a branch office in Toronto (Soling Impact Ltd.), we offer our customers the agility of a young dynamic company and the knowledge of our 20+ years of experience in the industry.

We help our customers maximize the benefits for their business by providing high-precision and fully-automatic machines and tooling, covering a wide range of products, while ensuring quick changeover times and repeatable process set ups. To this end, we provide full EPC capabilities for complex hot forging and abrasive cutting processes, including process development, engineering, project management, procurement, construction and commissioning.

To date, we have over 200 references around the world operating to supply the aircraft, aerospace, race car, automotive, chemical, nuclear, defense, power generation and oil industries.

Our founding partners

Susanna SolerCo-Founder & Co-Director + Mountain biker and runner
Based in Barcelona, Susanna is responsible for operations in Europe.
She began her career in the machinery industry in 1992 as Sales Assistant in Pintermex, Mexico. Back from Mexico and after spending 2 years studying in Portugal, she joined Soling S.A. as International Sales Manager. Later in 2005 she expanded her role as Co-Director. Always seeking for new challenges in her professional and personal life, in 2007 she partnered with Markus Wiaderek and founded Soling Impact Group. Susanna holds an MBA in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises from IQS Business School.

She is a mountain biker and runner, and she loves adventure cycling around the world.

Markus WiaderekCo-Founder & Co-Director + Ultra runner and cyclist
Based in Montreal, Markus is responsible for the Group’s product development strategy and operations in North America.
An apprenticeship as a Toolmaker at the RWTH-University, in Aachen, Germany, kick-started his career in 1984. During his years in the Navy, he serviced and maintained the “Breguet Atlantic” airplanes for submarine surveillance. In 1992 he obtained his “Meisterbrief-Maschinenbau” from the Handwerkskammer Aachen. Later that year he founded ACMA-Sondermaschinen GmbH, being involved for the first time with hot forming processes. In 1997 he moved to Canada where he established Impact Special Machines. Finally, in 2012 Soling-PHF and Impact combined their efforts.

Markus is an enthusiastic and experienced ultra-distance runner and cyclist. He has competed in challenging races around the globe.
